- It is a summary of key elements of a project. Project reports include Detailed project report (DPR), Progress report, Status report, Risk report, Cost benefit analysis report, Board report, resource report, Gap analysis report etc.
- Project report is prepared to present for financing or operation.

Documents Required to prepare Project Report:
- Last two years audited Reports (If Available);
- Future Business Plan;
- Some Evidence to prepare Projected Balance Sheet and profit & Loss A/c for future years;
- Any other based on future plan.
