What is Trademark?

• A trademark is a sign capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one enterprise from those of other enterprises that recognizable sign, design or expression that identifies products or services.
• Trademarks are protected by intellectual property rights.
• Trademark owner can be individual, company, partnership firm or any other legal entities.
• Trademark Registration in India is registered under Trade Marks Act, 1999.
• Once trademark registered, it gives exclusive ownership rights to registered person and prohibits other persons to use the registered name, logo or brand.
• Symbol "TM" can be used with the applicant after registered.

• PAN and Aadhar card of applicant
• Logo
• MSME Registration Certificate
• Form 48 Signed Copy
• Incorporation Certificate & Board Resolution (In case of company/LLP)
• Partnership Deed (In case of Partnership Firm)
