What is RERA License?

  • It stands for Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
  • RERA License is a license which is issued to real estate agent which dealing in property to Develop, Buy or Sell.
  •  Real Estate Agent is a person who acts on behalf of another person in a real estate transactions and charged advisory fees.
  • Real Estate Agent includes property dealers, Agents, Brokers, Middlemen etc.
  • All real estate agent musts must obtain a RERA License.
  • RERA Act has provided powers to issue rules and regulations pertaining to RERA registration to State Governments.
  • All Real Estate Agents will have to be mandatorily registered with the concerned state-level regulatory authorities.
  • RERA License is valid for 5 years and renewals are required after 5 years.

  • PAN Card Agent
  • Aadhar Card of Owner/Directors/Partners
  • Two passport size photos of Owner/Directors/Partners
  • GSTN (if Available)
  • Office Address Proof
  • MSME Certificate
  • Details of project along with promoters details
